The 115 studios and apartments of the Residence ZENITUDE Carcassonne Nord are air conditionned and there is a lift. From 20 to 45m², they include free WIFI, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom. You can prepare your meals in the kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking hobs, microwave oven and crockery) and enjoy them in the corner dining area.

The residence has an outdoor swimming pool, open from 15th June to 30th September, and a vast parking. You can enjoy the residence’s buffet breakfast on the terrace by the pool in the warmer months.
A laundry room and a drink and snack vending machine are also available. You can take your meal in one of our restaurants partner, within walking distance or reserve a sack lunch at the reception desk.
