The hotel’s main restaurant serves a buffet of delicious cuisine at breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there is an a la carte restaurant on-site (table reservation required) which serves indulgent Turkish and international cuisine. The main bar is open from 10:00 – 23:00 and a pool bar is available so you don’t need to leave the heart of the fun to get your refreshments.

Sports & Entertainment
There are two outdoor pools including a large pool features three vibrant waterslides (minimum age of 12) for maximum enjoyment with a children’s section and smaller waterslides, as well as a standard large outdoor pool with a children’s section if you don’t fancy the sliding and splashing. For a change of scenery, Cleopatra Beach offers endless golden sands and deep and turquoise waters that are easily reachable by the hotel shuttle service. Younger guests can enjoy the Kids Club (up to 12 years), mini disco, playground and playroom whilst the rainbow of daytime activities such as aerobics, watersports (for a fee), table tennis, billiards and mini golf are sure to entertain the whole family. Due to the Covid19 process, in order to offer you a holiday where you will feel safe and comfortable we added and implemented new standards in our hygiene and cleanliness standards created according to ISO quality management systems taking into account the procedures, explanations and recommendations made by the World Health Organization for the hospitality industry. We fulfill all requirements regarding your health in a complete manner at international standards. We keep our information and action plan up to date by following the explanations, opinions and suggestions of national and international institutions.

We would like to inform you in general terms by giving a few examples related to the main practices;

We regularly provide our employees, who are in contact with you and who serve you, all necessary trainings in line with the criteria regarding social distance rules, hygiene trainings and all our action plans in accordance with the criterias set by the World Health Organization
We frequently check the health of our employees and record the results in order to follow their health status.

When you check-in to our properties , we inform you about the taken precautions and the rules to be followed..We increase our security measures with the help of thermal cameras during check-in processes.

We reorganize our facilities by taking into account the social distance rules by providing them with signs and information in all our service areas.

We frequently provide hand sanitizers in common areas.

We clean our rooms, frequently touched surfaces and all equipment with disinfectant products and use disposable bathroom amenities.

We apply a reservation system in our fitness centre and we ensure the cleaning of the areas and equipment with hygiene materials that comply with the standards after each use.

The food preparation is carried out by our trained employees under the control of food engineers in line with the principles of Food Legislation. There will be no self-service for our rich open buffet; our chefs will provide services in the buffets. The sitting arrangements in all our food and beverage facilities is organized in accordance with recommended safe distances.

We welcome all the guests at our facilities in Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia and Vietnam in accordance with the same standards and the same quality of service.

Guest Information Guide
As always been, health and safety of our guests and employees remains our highest priority.
With the experts in our team, we have carefully taken the necessary precautions to provide you with a safer holiday environment in accordance with the guidance of the World Health Organization and the legal regulations of the Health and Tourism authorities in the pandemic process announced on 11th March 2020.
During your stay, we kindly ask you to follow these measures in order to protect not only your health also to protect the health of other guests and our employees serving you.
We adapted our training programs, cleaning, disinfection practices and quality control activities to emerging risks, requirements and we are actively maintaining these practices and we clean all areas with disinfection equipment according to the nature of the surfaces in line with the relevant standards.
Your room is cleaned with disinfectant products and made ready for your use, and the bathroom amenities in your room are single-use.
Daily cleaning of your room will be done by our housekeeping personnel by wearing a mask and disposable gloves. If you do not prefer our employees to enter your room for daily cleaning, towel change or mini bar service please inform the reception.

Social Distance
According to our social distance plan, we arranged our lobby, restaurants and bars to provide 1,5 meters clearance between each table and adjustments has been made in some of our areas and services.
To facilitate you to follow social distancing, we placed signs at the service areas where you may have to wait.
Equipment in our fitness center are rearranged according to the social distance rules.
In line with our social distance plan, 1,5 meters social distance rule has been applied between double sunbed groups

Swimming Pools, Beach and Sport Activities
Towels to be used in beach and swimming pools are presented for your use by our employees at the towel distribution center.
All of our employees received special trainings about hygiene and COVID-19 pandemic.
To safely use our fitness center, we kindly ask you to make a reservation anytime you want.
Depending on to the area and the service, our employees are using personal protective equipment such as mask, gloves or face shields.
We strongly recommend to maintain social distancing rule at the beach and swimming pools. We would like to remind you that different measures may needed for all of other sport activities.

Our expectations from you
Anytime you needed, you can call reception or room service to receive protective masks and gloves which are prepared for your use free of charge.
Please use the elevators only with the persons you are staying with and if the elevator is occupied by others, we kindly ask you to wait for the next elevator.
In hotel premises, while using the service areas please follow the social distancing measures. Social distancing signs, notices and markings placed by hotel management will help you to maintain social distance rules.
For your use, we placed hand disinfectants at the entrances of the service areas. Please disinfect your hands frequently throughout the day.
Due to social distancing measures and enhanced hygiene requirements, usage time of some of our services may change or may require reservation. Please get in contact with guest relations or reception for more information.
If you or any of your family members develop common signs of COVID-19 including respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties we kindly ask you to remain in your room and get in contact with reception or guest relations without any delay.
During your contact with the other commercial businesses within the hotel or outside of the hotel, or during the events that you will attend outside of the hotel, please follow all of the health measures. If you plan to attend an event outside of the hotel, please inform the reception prior to your participation. After your participation to these events, if you develop or feel any symptoms which may can be related with COVID-19, we kindly ask you to get in contact with reception or guest relations without any delay.
We would like to kindly remind you that, legal consequences may arise if you hide, hold out on from hotel management any information regarding COVID-19 symptoms or findings or if you don’t follow the measures.
