We would like to inform you that we will be undergoing a beach nourishment project to enhance our future guest experience. This enhancement project is part of our preservation efforts to continue to provide the highest standard
of facilities for our esteemed guests. The beach project will begin from 16th of July 2017 and run until 15th of August 2017. We anticipate that the impact of this development will be kept to a minimum and guarantee that our team
will continue to deliver the highest standard of service throughout this period. As an alternative, our guests will be offered direct and complimentary access to the neighbouring beach of Hilton Al Hamra Beach & Golf Resort. This beach is within walking distance from Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, however transportation via buggies will also be provided free of charge. At Hilton Al Hamra Beach & Golf Resort, our guests will be granted complimentary beach towels and
reserved sunbeds in an allocated Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah area. Beach service will also be on offer and guests ordering from the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah area will be able to send charges to their rooms at the main hotel.
The two pool areas of Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah will not be impacted and will be open from 09:00 am to sunset daily. Furthermore, there will be no restrictions regarding the food and beverage service at the hotel during this
time and all nine restaurants and bars will operate as normal. Please rest assured that we will update you if we receive any further information regarding the development plans.

Guests booked on Half Board, Half Board Plus, Full Board, or Full Board Plus can visit either resort and enjoy the dine-around experience with a buffet dinner at the all-day dining restaurants or use a credit of AED 200 per adult per meal for à la carte options available at the resorts.
