These apartments are situated in the little tourist town of Podstrana, one of the most attractive towns in this part of Dalmatia. The property is situated only 20 m from the sand/gravel beach. Restaurants and the bus station can be found in the immediate vicinity. Nightlife opportunities can be found a few kilometres away. Split, with its train station and its many shops, is about 9 km away, while Split Airport is located approximately 40 km from the hotel.

There are 5 apartments and 7 rooms in total, spread across 4 floors. A lobby, TV room and a laundry service (for a fee) are provided. A garden and a terrace also feature.

These studio apartments are approximately 30 m² in size. Standard features include an en suite bathroom with bath or shower and toiletries, as well as a double bed, satellite/cable TV, seating area and kitchen with refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Individually regulated heating is also provided. All units enjoy views of the sea and come with a balcony or terrace.

There is a golf course about 3 km away. There are many activities available on the beach, ensuring an unforgettable holiday. These include aqua fit classes, banana boating, waterskiing, jet skiing, motor boating, diving, windsurfing and sailing. Squash is also offered.

By car: Exit the Zagreb-Split motorway at Dugopolje, and follow the signs for Split. 15 km before Split, follow the signs for the Dubrovnik road (D8). After 5 km, guests will see the entrance to the Grand Hotel Lav, which is about 2 km from the establishment, on the same road.
