The hotel Sol Nessebar Resort (Bay and Mare) lies approx. 50 m from the Akademika, a sandy beach. At the beach are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee available. The town Nessebar is around 2 km away (Burgas around 37 km, Sunny Beach around 6 km). The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 2 km from the hotel, a supermarket can be reached after around 100 m. It is 1 km from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 2 km. Further entertainment facilities such as a cinema and a theatre are approx. 37 km away. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Nessebar “Aqua Paradise” (approx. 1 km away), Action Aquapark (approx. 6 km away) and Aqua park. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank (around 10 m away) and a bus stop (approx. 50 m away). Recently renovated in 2017, the 7-storey beach hotel has 629 rooms, and spread over one main building and one adjoining building. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, 3 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), a coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for a fee) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are three restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 5 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning is free of charge. Medical service is available for a fee.

Pool:
In the outdoor area of the hotel you will find one pool with a children´s pool. Here, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for free available. A bar at the pool offers guests refreshing beverages.
