Here amidst the green of the olive trees, vines and woods, an ancient patrician villa and its centuries-old farmhouses were converted into a luxury hotel in 1989. Since then, under the custody of the owners Filippo and Rosi Iannarone, it has offered its guests charm and tranquillity together with courtesy and distinction. Room and laundry services are provided for a fee, as is a bike hire service. Guests arriving by car may use the hotel's parking facilities.

All of the hotel's rooms offer a high degree of comfort and feature beautiful and traditional fabrics from Montefalco.
