The hotel Petousis Hotel and Suites is especially popular with honeymooners and is located approx. 150 m from a sandy beach, linked by a shuttle service (extra fee). At the beach are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee available. The tourist centre is about 8 km away. The town Heraklion is around 8 km away (Rethymnon around 70 km, Hersonissos around 35 km). In the vicinity of the hotel are a number of shopping facilities and a supermarket. For evening dancing you will find a nightclub in a distance of approx. 1 km. Completely renovated in 2019, the 4-storey family hotel consists of a main building and 3 adjoining buildings, and has 83 rooms in total. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 3 lifts, an air conditioning, a safe (for free) as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning is free of charge.
