The Parador is located next to the castle of La Zuda, overlooking the city from above, from where you can contemplate the green valley of the Ebro river. It is a stately building, with spacious rooms that blend tradition and modernity. Inside there are several courtyards and lounges and a cosy dining room with Gothic windows. Its rooms are decorated in keeping with the style of the building, preserving its wooden beams, tiled floors and noble woods. The restaurant offers delicious rice dishes, eel stew, suquet de peix (fish broth) and pastisets de Tortosa (baked pastries), not forgetting dishes made with the typical Tortosa rice grown in the Ebro delta.
