The Parador is located on the Emperor’s Hill, some 4 kilometres away from the historic city centre. Its exclusive location offers exceptional views over the city of Toledo, a World Heritage Site, with the Tagus river at the foot of the old city. The hotel has extensive facilities, terraces, a swimming pool and function rooms. The rooms are cosy, with wooden beamed ceilings and tiles, noble furniture in light tones and some with balconies. Its cuisine includes typical Castilian dishes such as stewed partridge, roasted lamb or pisto (ratatouille), as well as game recipes, including venison or wild boar stews, pickled quail, rabbit with garlic or gazpachos manchegos.
