The Parador is a noble Aragonese-style building that preserves the monumental, historical and artistic atmosphere of Sos del Rey Católico, a medieval walled town, declared a Historic-Artistic Site. The decoration of the Parador is elegant, with a prevalence of Castilian style furniture. Its rooms are very bright thanks to thair large windows. The building has terraces and gardens, as well as rooms for events and celebrations. Its restaurant “Cinco Villas” offers traditional dishes, with specialities such as boar stew from Aragón with baked potatoes, borage in saffron sauce, cardoons with almonds and ham, migas (fried breadcrumbs dish) with egg and chorizo, ajoarriero cod, and delicious desserts such as guirlache biscuit and carrot sponge cake.
