The Parador de Gijón occupies an old
centenary mill in the Isabel La Católica Park, surrounded by a lush garden and
a beautiful pond that make this a peaceful and welcoming place. It is very
close to San Lorenzo Beach (only 5 minutes away), and the city centre.

The building breathes the decoration of the
19th century houses with large windows
and balconies. The rooms are decorated in the same style, with wooden furniture
and floors,

The restaurant offers exquisite Asturian
specialities, such as a sample of Asturian cheeses, tasting of strings, or
Asturian Fabes D.O.P with its compango (meats).
