The Parador is a modern building with large
stained glass windows, which makes it a very bright place. It is located in a
garden area with a terrace and an amazing swimming pool. It is just a few
metres away from the city centre.

It has four large and fully equipped
meeting rooms. Its rooms are spacious and cosy, and their brightness elegant
minimalist decoration stand out.

In its dining room it is possible to taste
the best dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, such as gazpachuelo (fish broth and
mayonnaise soup), migas (fried breadcrumbs dish), typical stews and traditional
local pastries. Other typical products from Antequera are: goat’s cheese,
honey, oil and mantecados (traditional sweets made mainly from lard).
