The Parador is a castle-convent from the
12th-13th centuries, which still preserves the keep, the Baroque façade, the
bell tower, the sacristy and the part turned into a palace. Dozens of
prehistoric sites, famous for their rock art, can be visited in the surrounding
area. Its rooms boast an elegant decoration with
a classic Castilian touch, fully equipped with WIFI, air conditioning and a
television. Its restaurant offers a varied gastronomy
typical of the area, with ham, black truffle, olive oil from the Bajo Aragón,
Jiloca saffron and traditional sweets.
