The AI program includes breakfast (07:30–10:00), lunch (12:30–14:30), and dinner (19:00–21:30), all of which are served buffet style in the main restaurant. Local wine, draft beer, and soft drinks are available during lunch and dinner. The Istros restaurant is open from 19:00 to 22:30 with a reservation (rotating Greek, Italian, or seafood cuisine). Snacks such as hot dogs, toasts, and ice cream are available between 10:00 and 17:30 at the pool bar, as well as cake and cookies from 13:00 to 17:00. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as wine, draft beer, soft drinks, coffee, and ouzo are served at the pool bar (10:00–18:00) and the main bar (18:00–late), depending on the menu at each location. Lunch baskets can be ordered one day in advance at the reception desk (till 18:00).
