Laguna Park 2 has two kinds of studios:

On the upper floor with a total area of 27.80 m2 and a balcony of approximately 9 m2.

On the ground floor with an area of 33.80 m2 and approximately 9 m2 of terrace.

These accommodations have a living room with two single beds of 2x1m, flat TV and telephone for internal calls, built-in wardrobe and free safety box, as well as a full bathroom with bathtub or shower and 30 liter thermos. The location of the studios within the complex is far from the central ramp. The maximum capacity of the studies is 2 people.

They also have a small kitchen where you can find kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator without freezer, hob and kitchen utensils for 2 people.

The studios have a ceiling fan.

Standard Apartments

Laguna Park 2 has standard apartments with an area of 41.30 m2, all of them on the ground floor and with a terrace of 13.66 m2 with table and chairs.

This kind of accommodation has a living room with sofa bed, flat TV and telephone for internal calls. The kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator without freezer, hob and enough kitchen utensils for people who occupy the apartment (maximum 4 people). In the bedroom there are two single beds of 2×1 m, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe with free safety box and door with access to the terrace. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower, sink, mirror and 30 liter thermos. Also, this kind of accommodation has an interior patio with clothesline.

Apartments with View

There are apartments with a view with a total area of 33.66 m2 and a 13.66 m2 balcony with table and chairs.

This kind of accommodation consists of living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV and telephone for internal calls. The kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator without freezer, hob and enough kitchen utensils for people who occupy the apartment (maximum 4 people). 2 Bedroom Apartment

We have a two bedroom sea view apartment with an approximate total area of 55 m2 and a 40 m2 balcony with table and chairs.

This accommodation consists of living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV and telephone for internal calls. The kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, hob and enough kitchen utensils for people who occupy the apartment (Maximum 4 adults + 2 kids). In the bedrooms there are two single beds of 2×1 m, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe with free safety box and door with access to the terrace. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, mirror and 30 liter thermos.

Facilities

Our facilities have beautiful garden areas and a large pool of 1500 m3 of unheated water where you can enjoy the wonderful climate of the island. At the pool bar you can have refreshments and snacks. In the Disco bar you will find activities every night and next to it a games room with billiards and arcade machines. The restaurant has magnificent views to enjoy our cuisine.

We also have two tennis courts, a multi-court to play basketball and football, space for petanque, minigolf and playground for children (must be supervised at all times by an adult).

Half Board (breakfast and dinner) includes own label drinks at dinner (Water, beer, soft drinks and wine). The client must be provided with his identification band to guarantee the correct service provision. The sale and consumption of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.
