Built in 2006, last renovated 2021, 4 buildings, 4-6 floors, 8 lifts.  Main restaurant with open air terrace, Theme a-la-carte restaurants (Gourmet ” Casa del Chef” , Italian “The Blu” , Fish Restaurant “ The Ship”( from June – middle of September) , Grill Restaurant ( June – middle of September)), 2 outdoor and 1 indoor swimming pools, free sunbeds and parasols at the beach area in front of the hotel and pools upon the availability, lobby bar (24 hours), pool bar, beach bar, snack bar , SPA center, shop, laundry, beauty parlour, safety deposit boxes in the room (payable – 5 lv/day), currency exchange, free wireless Internet at the public areas, rent a car, conference hall (450 seats).

Double Superior rooms (min 2+2, max 3+1) – appr . 30 sq.m. Two regular beds and extendible  sofa.
Suite (min. 2+2/3+0/max. 4+0) – appr. 60 sq. m. The Suite consists of a two-room area – a bedroom and living room separated by a connecting door or with stairs like a maisonette. А king-size bed in the bedroom, a separate living room with large double sofa, two bathrooms, one of which with bathtub, two balconies or terrace.
Junior Suite (min. 2+2/max. 3+1) – appr. 55 sq. m. king-size bed and integrated living room with sofa – double extra bed and balcony. All 10 Junior Suites are located in the central part of the hotel overlooking the sea side.
All units have balcony furnished with table and chairs, bathroom with shower/ WC, hairdryer , towels, SAT TV, telephone, mini bar (daily refilled free of charge with water, beer, wine, soft drinks, snacks and sweets), air conditioning, safe (extra charge 5 lv per day), free wireless.
