The Cathrin Hotel is located on the side of a mountain overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in the picturesque and calm neighbourhood of Ladiko. It is made up of six one and two-story structures. Designed in such a way that visitors can enjoy views of the sea, mountains, or gardens from any of the hotel rooms. In 2007, the hotel had a complete renovation.

A large lounge, a tv room, a mini market, auto rentals, an internet corner, and Wi-Fi are also available (with charge). The hotel will provide a minibus service to Ladiko beach three times per day (weather permitting).

The Olive restaurant serves breakfast and dinner in buffet style. The snack bar is open from 10:00 am. to 18:00 pm. and provides Greek specialties and drinks. The main bar is open from 10:00 am. to 14:00 pm. and serves a variety of drinks. New for 2008 The Palms is a pool bar that serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as cocktails. Open from 10:00 am. to 18:00 pm. (weather permitting.)
