The beach hotel is located in the village of Tilkicik which is by a small bay, just 2 km from the attractive fishing resort of Yalikavak and its many facilities, including a colourful weekly market as well as numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Bodrum is approximately 20 km from the hotel and Milas-Bodrum Airport is around 45 km away.

Implemented Control Measures for our esteemed guests in our
hotel due to Covid -19 Pandemic
Dear Guests, we fully fulfill all requirements regarding your health and safety, as always, in order to manage the challenging process created by the internationally occurred coronavirus (COVID-19).
• Upon arrival, our staff will measure the temperature of all our guests and will be registered.
• All hotel staff has been completed relevant trainings and health check about Covid19 pandemic regularly.
• In order to manage this period we have generated emergency action plan and set up a executive team which is leaded by dedicated director.
• We are only using cleaning products and protective equipment which are approved by Ministry of health.
• We have prepared our action plan in terms of equipment and personnel in order to minimize potential physical interaction between our personnel and guests.
• All commonly shared areas are designed in accordance with the social distance rules and all our guests must follow these regulations. All our staff will comply with the social distance rules while serving you and they will use masks and gloves as well.
• In our premises regular disinfection activities will take place by OZON and ULV devices.
• At the beginning of each shift, all our personnel’s temperature will be measured and recorded daily basis.
• Our hotel will have 24-hours medical staff.
• All commonly shared areas of our hotel, surfaces, door handles, control panels, counter tops, hand washing stations and toilets will be regularly disinfected and recorded.
• Informative leaflets related with Covid19 will be available at common areas of the hotel.
• In front of the reception desk will be marked with yellow strips according to the rules of social distance and the guest acceptance procedures will be performed for the our guests in right order as per these signs .
• All our lobby staff will comply with the social distance rules while serving you and they will use masks and gloves as well.
• All guests are required to put on masks by law. Our staff will provide masks in the lobby to our guests who do not have their own.
• Our staff will keep you in the lobby in accordance with the social distance rules while waiting for your check-in process.
• Your check-in process will be completed in the resting area instead of front desk, which will be shown to you by our staff by filling the registration form.
• As soon as the guest’s room is ready, you will be directed to your room with all your belongings by the staff on duty by following the rules of social distance.
• All our available rooms for accommodation are prepared according to the jointly issued criteria by health and tourism ministries (conducting room disinfection with trained personnel, making room cleaning with disposable materials – preparing disposable personal use materials in the room).
• We are implementing air ventilation and resting procedure for all rooms.
• All rooms are suitable for natural air circulation. (Balcony, window etc.)
• Technical service personnel will be able to enter your room with your consent and knowledge for any defects that may occur during your stay. We kindly ask you to keep your personal belongings in the cabinet, drawers as much as possible, during the disinfection process will be carried out by the cleaning staff in your room after the fault is fixed.
• Chlorine concentration of all our swimming pools to be measure and recorded regularly.
• Hand sanitizer apparatus are allocated at several locations along the corridors, entrance of elevators, food and drink serving place entrances, pool and beach entrances and WC entrances for the health and safety of our guests.
• All shared areas in our hotel are designed according to social distance rules. (Lobby seat arrangements, seat and table allocations in restaurants and bars, beach and pool lounger allocations)Therefore, all our guests must strictly comply with these rules.
• Beverage serving machines allocated in restaurants and bars are removed from their locations and moved to the specific serving areas and will be operated by our designated personnel in order to serve our guests.
• Our hotel will be served all-inclusive and buffet service within the rules set by the Ministries of Health and Tourism as a requirement of concept. (Glass protection panel in front of the buffets)
• Food and Storage safety inspection is in place.
• Our guests must comply with the social distance rule by following strips (indicated in yellow) when choosing your food and beverages, while waiting for the restaurant opening time and during the restaurant serving period.
• Salt, pepper, toothpicks, etc. available on the dining tables, as seasoning and spices set and half-term products and materials such as sugar will be offered in disposable packages.
• Spoon, Fork and Knifes, which will be used during meals, will be available on the tables in package form.
• Our buffets will be closed with a glass panel in case of cough–sneezing risk. Our guests will inform their preferred food to the staff at the head of the buffet, and the service staff will serve food and beverages to the table. (The guest will certainly not be allowed to serve food and drink himself.)
• There will be no pancake service for this year. Moreover, Tea-Cake serving time is changed and the new schedule will be provided you by our Reception Personnel.
• Our hotel has established designated quarantine areas for Covid19 emergencies.
• This season’s Animation activities will not be available for the health and safety of our guests.
• This season SPA Center and Fitness hall will be serving according to the instructions of our Health and Tourism Ministries.
• Aqua park service will be provided in compliance with the rules designated by Hotel for the health and safety of our guests in this season.
• Mini club and baby-sitting services will not be available in this year.
• During the check-in process, as per your request your luggage will be disinfected before accepting into the lobby for your own and our personnel’s safety and health.
• Due to Covid19 conditions backgammon, card games, pool, table tennis and similar games will not be available for this year.
• Commonly used areas; such as elevators, lobby relax bar, main restaurant, snack restaurant, a la carte restaurant, WC, beach lounges, housing spaces, swimming pools, aqua park will be available in fully compliance with the declaration of Ministries of Health and Tourism.
