Hotel Efir 1 is located in Sunny Beach, 350m away
from the beach and 1600 m from the resort`s center and 7 km from Nessebar.

Facilities

Built in 2005, last renovated 2016, 3 buildings, 6
floors, 6 lifts, total 100 units (96 1-bedroom apartments and 4 studios). Reception
– working 24hours/day in high season (01.07-15.08), with limited working hours
in the rest of the summer, safety deposit box on reception (payable 5 lv/day), rent-a-car,
shops, Wi- fi in the public areas (payable – 7 lv/day), outdoor swimming pool
with mineral water, pool bar (extra charge), ability to call for medical help, iron. Not suitable for disabled
people.

Studio 40 sq. m (2+1, max 2ad+1ch or 3ad) 2 regular beds, the
extra bed is a folding bed.

56 sq. m (2+2, max: 4ad) 2 regular beds in the bedroom and one double extendible
sofa in the living room.

All units have balcony
(furnished), air conditioning (in one-bedroom apartments AC is only in the
living room), kitchenette (furnished
with cutlery and utensils, electrical kettle, toaster, aspirator), iron upon
request from reception, Cable TV(in one-bedroom apartments TV is only in
the living room),  fridge, bathroom with bathtub with shower & bath and towels,
laminate/tiles flooring,
pool/street/city view.

Children

Baby cots (payable 6 lv/day,
upon request), children section on the pool with mineral water, room for
children. The kids room is not staffed (no animator), it is suitable for
children 4 to 12 years old, children should be supervised by a parent.

Sports & Entertainment

Free of charge: outdoor swimming pool with
mineral water, sunbeds and parasols by the pool.

Payable: billiard, Wi- fi in the pool area (extra charge)

Pets are not allowed.

Parking – Free of charge (not guarded)

possible in Efir apart hotel.

The hotel requires a
refundable deposit of 100 euro per unit
(to be paid cash) on arrival that will be returned on departure if there is no
damages within the apartments.
