The hotel Cove Rotana Resort is around 25 km from RAK Airport (DXB Airport around 85 km, RAK City Center around 15 km). The private beach is around 100 m from the hotel. The tourist centre is about 15 km away. A supermarket and other shopping facilities can be reached after 8 km. It is only 200 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 200 m away. Further entertainment facilities such as a cinema and a theatre are approx. 8 km away. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank (around 2 km away), a bus stop (approx. 5 km away) and a car rental company. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 25 km away. The airport (AUH) is approx. 226 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee). Another airport (DXB) is located approx. 97 km away. Also to the next beach a free shuttle service is available. There is also a shuttle to Dubai Mall (for a fee).

The 2-storey resort has 349 rooms. The rooms were last renovated in 2022. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 12:00, check-out until 14:00), a lobby with bar, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a shop, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 4 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the hotel has a barrier-free access, a wheelchair accessible lift and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Room cleaning is free of charge.
