Corte Nova

The Corte Nova Residence is a completely restored historic Venetian palazzo facing onto a canal, comprising ten luxurious suites /apartments which are equipped with every home comfort.
The staff, available at reception, would be delighted to introduce you to our elegant surroundings, and would be very happy to provide you with useful information for your stay, As an added plus, during the reception open hours, you can relax in the quiet surroundings of our private garden away from the chaos of the city centre.
The Reception is open till 7p.m, we ask you to inform us of your arrival time in the City.
At check in, a credit card is requested which is pre-authorized an amount of 200 euros per apartment booked as a security deposit for any damages (the deposit is accepted only by credit card, no cash)
At check in, is requested To pay 25 Euro Final Cleaning and a city tax ONLY IN CASH
