Driving to us
Immediately after leaving the airport you follow the Ikarou Avenue until you reach the fourth set of traffic lights. From there, turn right onto Kazantzidi Avenue and drive until you arrive at the traffic lights facing the port side avenue. At the traffic lights take a left onto Nearchou Avenue passing the Heraklion Port to your right. As soon as you arrive at the roundabout in front of the Venetian old Port where the Koules Fortress is located you will be entering the Sofoklis Venizelou street. Keep driving straight passing the Natural History Museum on your right and take a left at the roundabout on Makariou street. On your right hand side you will be able to see the Venetian Walls, keep driving along the walls until you reach the Chanioporta archway. Immediately after going through the archway you will be able to see the hotel in the corner of 62 Martyron Avenue & Therissou street.
Taking the bus
The bus stop is just outside the airport. It costs 1.20€ and will bring you to the bus stop just opposite the hotel. The bus stop where you have to get off is called “Chanioporta„. The public bus service begins at 06:00 in the morning and ends at 23:00. The buses with number labels 05 · 06 · 08 · 10 · 11 · 12 · 17 all pass infront of our hotel. Just jump on the blue coloured bus and enjoy the trip.
Grabbing a taxi
The taxi station is just outside the arrivals hall. You just have to tell the driver the name or the address of the hotel and in 10 minutes you will be here.
From Heraklion port:
Driving to us
Exiting the port take a right at the traffic lights onto Nearchou Avenue. As soon as you arrive at the roundabout in front of the Venetian old Port where the Koules Fortress is located you will be entering the Sofoklis Venizelou street.
