The villa with an area of 502 m² has 3 storeys and consists of an indoor area of 314 m² featuring living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and WC in the first floor. The upper floor features a master bedroom, a dressing room, a terrace, a bathroom and a WC. The private garden area of 188 m² features a heated private pool of 20 m² with sea water, a terrace with sunbed, dining table and garden furniture, and sunbathing and resting space.

The villa opens to lagoon pool with freshwater.

The master bedroom features a super king bed of 200 x 200 cm, a dressing room, a make-up table & mirror, a safe deposit box, a mini bar and a seating group.

The bedroom downstairs features 2 queen-sized beds of 140 x 200 cm, a make-up table, a safe deposit box, a mini bar and a bathroom.

The living room features a seating group, a dining table, a fully-equipped separate kitchen, a washer, a Nespresso coffee pad machine and tea & coffee set.
