The flats ARACO 3000 are located in Pas de la Casa, 2000 m altitude and at the foot of the ski resort Grandvalira. A new building, built in 2010 and recently furnished, which is located 200 m from the lifts which give access to Pas de la Casa and links to the neighbourhood area of Grau Roig and allows to go around the resort Grandvalira skiing (210 km).
