The complex has 74 apartments divided onto 4 floors and was renovated in 2006. There is a 24 hour reception and other services found in “Las Piramides” which is next door. There is a small supermarket, bar , restaurant, TV room, and internet connection ( paid directly). The complex has a swimming pool with sun beds and shades which is shared with Las Piramides.
