Built in 1987 and renovated in 2001, this complex comprises 83 apartments split between five 2-storey buildings. There is a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe and a currency exchange counter. Guests are invited to make use of the facilities in the neighbouring hotel. All facilities on offer therefore include a restaurant, a bar, a café, a small supermarket, a games room, a pizzeria and Internet access (wireless access possible).
