The Ammos Villas is a charming complex surrounded by olive groves. It is located in the traditional village of Vassilikos, just a few meters from the beautiful sandy beach. The complex consists of stone apartments and maisonettes, equipped and furnished in order to offer relaxing and comfortable holidays. The Ammos Villas complex is located in one of the most beautiful villages of Zakynthos, the famous Vasilikos, just 12km from Zante town.

The countryside is full of green ravines, scrubs with cypress trees and hollies, large and small olive groves, a few grapevines and a beautiful pine forest.The complex is situated in the settlement called Potamia which is just 120 meters from the sandy beach and included within the National Marine Park which was created for the protection of the endangered loggerhead sea turtles known locally as Caretta-Caretta.The nightlife tends to be low-key, limited to traditional taverns where visitors can enjoy traditional local songs (kandathes). Due to the absence of noise from clubs, during the evenings you can enjoy the sounds of the countryside along with the night birds and crickets under the starlit sky.

The first floor features 4 two-storey apartments, “Erato” and “Urania” which overlook the sea and mountains and “Thalia” and “Clio” which overlook the sea, the mountains and the surrounding forest.The ground floor features 2 more large apartments “Vasiliki” and “Aggeliki” both of which offer impressive views of the beautiful gardens. All apartments can accommodate 2-6 people.

All ground floor apartments consist of two separate bedrooms with double and single beds, fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove and refrigerator, a lounge area, a bathroom with bathtub and kid’s urinal, a WC and furnished verandas offering garden views.
