Amathus gastronomy comes in different flavours: international and award-winning
speciality cuisine, snacks and drinks are served indoors and outdoors. Each
restaurant, bar or lounge has its own style and ambience, which give every bite that
final touch of perfection.
Kalypso Restaurant
The all-day dining room and terrace on pool level serves two buffet meals a day, as
well as an à la carte menu, and snacks in the afternoon. The lavish breakfast spread
with live cooking stations is included in your terms of stay. Lunch features an
international kaleidoscope of flavours.
The Grill Room
This is the house of prime cuts of meat from around the world, as well as fish and
poultry, cooked in the world-famous Josper grill/oven, known to bring out the
qualities of each carefully sourced ingredient. The champion sommelier of Cyprus will
guide you through the international wine list, to make your dinner a perfectly
balanced meal – whether you prefer to dine indoors or on the terrace (Open May -

The Cyan (Open November - April)

restaurant, which serves a well-rounded menu of authentic local specialities and
international favourites. For a quiet dinner for two, with friends or associates, Cyan is
a formal restaurant where you cannot go wrong.
Kalypso Gardens (Open May - October)
Enter the brand new Kalypso Gardens Restaurant and let its finessed environment
provide you with a memorable evening. The makeover of the Kalypso Gardens gave it
a new character and enhanced ambience. The new design, a blend of glass and
stainless steel is offset by the timeless aesthetic of the blossoming bougainvillea
plants that fan out in their unique steel structures offering uninterrupted views to the
Mediterranean Sea. Seven different themes nights during the week -each one with its
own character, dishes and live cooking stations- will enhance your dining experience
which will be complimented by live music or one of our spectacular shows.
Limanaki Fish Restaurant (Open May - October)
Known and acknowledged as the best fish and seafood restaurant in Cyprus for more
than 30 years, Limanaki is literally only a few steps from the water and has been
recently fully redecorated. Its success is based on the assurance that the fish you are
served in the evening was swimming in the sea that morning; and there’s an expert on
hand to tell you all about the wide array of oysters, fish and other seafood on display.
Athina Lounge & Lobby
The new signature lobby bar and terrace at the Amathus will attract you with its chic
décor and the panoramic terraces – even before you notice the sea view or explore
the comprehensive all-day menu. It’s the place to meet for anything from a
midmorning coffee to evening drinks, for a light lunch, a salad or sushi bites. After
sunset, the lounge becomes trendier and its ambience is enhanced by the tunes of
live music.
Lighthouse Bar & Lounge (Open May - October)
This extension of the Limanaki fish and seafood restaurant enjoys the same magical
seafront setting, and is ideal for pre- or post-dinner drinks, creative cocktails or
champagne. The fine accompaniments on the menu include treats to share – such as
Mediterranean cheese platters and oyster platters, among many others – which make
the Lighthouse a great place to meet, chill, and enjoy.
Helios & Fresh Bar (Open May - October)
Even the best beach is not complete without a well-stocked beach bar. Helios was
created to offer you healthy refreshment, including freshly squeezed juices and
smoothies, while you absorb the sun. For something more filling without leaving the
beach and gardens, the Fresh Bar hits the spot. Crisp salads, sandwiches, and
homemade ice creams are served on the new deck or delivered to your sunbed.
Blue Breeze Lounge
For those who appreciate the full shisha ritual, a visit to the Blue Breeze Lounge is a
must. Premium quality silver studded leather sheath nargilehs and the use of lemon
tree charcoal enhance your favourite aroma. Choose one of 50 different aromas and
prepare yourself for a full and fragrant experience. The Blue Breeze menu also
includes a variety of classic and creative cocktails, as well as light snacks for you to
enjoy while you relax and absorb the flawless panoramic sea view. (Live music every

AMATHUS SPA & WELLNESS CENTRE
At the Amathus Spa & Wellness Centre, 2000m2 are dedicated to beauty, health and
wellbeing. The designer spa is a world in itself, inspired by wellness philosophies from
East and West. Based on a concept that embraces the four elements – air, earth, fire
and water – the spa’s menu includes single face and body treatments, and full-day spa
journeys. Specialized treatments contribute to a healthy pregnancy, stress relief, or
optimized athletic performance.
The separate Gym with a huge glass wall looking over the hotel’s pool and beach,
includes state-of-the-art Technogym strength and cardiovascular equipment.

Three pools are designed for all ages and all seasons: the main outdoor pool, an
indoor pool, and a family pool with fun features.

CONFERENCES AND EVENTS
The fully renovated multi-purpose function hall with an area of 618m2 can be
arranged, equipped and decorated to accommodate any corporate or social event.
One day it could serve as an elegant ballroom, and the next day as an international
conference venue with a business centre. Equally formal and functional, it is equipped
with the latest sound and lighting system. Maximum capacity is 450 conference
delegates theatre style, 350 guests for a banquet or a dinner dance. For smaller
gatherings, the hall can be subdivided using moveable, sound-proof partition walls.
Alternatively, a number of meeting rooms can be booked for 10 to 50 guests, and can
be combined to accommodate up to 200 guests. All the hotel’s function rooms enjoy
natural daylight, and many face the sea.
