Important regulatory change
In order to improve quality in tourist resorts, on 4th February 2020, a new decree of Law to regulate “uncivic tourism” was approved by the Balearic Parliament.
This will impact the regulation of the All Inclusive Board Basis which includes a restriction on alcohol.
All bookings made for travel in 2021 will be subject to the new regulation and will include only 3 alcoholic drinks per person during meals (lunch and dinner).
Any extra alcoholic drinks during meals or outside mealtime are subject to an extra cost
