General description:
The hotel Port Ghalib Resort(ex. Crowne Plaza Sahara Oasis) is situated approx. 50 m from the hotel´s own sandy beach. At the beach, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas free of charge. The tourist centre is about 3 km away. The town Marsa Alam is around 30 km away (Luxor around 380 km). Shopping facilities are located approx.5 km from the hotel. It is 5 km from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 3 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee).

Amenities:
Recently renovated in 2021, the 3-storey beach hotel has 292 rooms. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, an air conditioning, a coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned). In a total 3 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi can be used by hotel guests for a fee. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service, laundry service and medical service are available for a fee.

Pool:
In the outdoor area of the hotel you will find 2 fresh water pools with a separate children´s pool. Here, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for free available. Refreshing beverages can be consumed directly at the pool bar.

Meals:
