How do I find out about my booking?

If your matter is concerning a payment or you simply wish to view or print your booking confirmation, then please have you PMT Reference number handy and click here

If you need to contact us regarding your booking, you can do so by emailing csm@planmytour.co.uk. Please be sure to place your PMT reference number clearly in the subject line. We aim to respond within 48 hours to your message.

If you prefer to speak with a member of our customer support team you can do so by dialling 0207 183 6649 between the hours of 9am to 11pm Monday to Sunday

Where can I find my PMT number?

Your PMT reference number can be found on your booking confirmation which is emailed to you once you have booked your holiday with us online or over the phone.

You should keep this number on hand in case you need to call us so that we can look into your booking or query as soon as possible.

How can I get a copy of my booking documents?

As soon as your booking is confirmed, an email with all the necessary booking details will be sent to your email address.

If you need to resend these documents, you can do so at any time in the "My Booking" part of our website.

Why are my vouchers marked provisional?

Until your balance is paid in full, your voucher is watermarked 'Provisional Voucher.' Once you've paid in full, we'll send you a holiday checklist to ensure that all of the details of your holiday are correct, and you'll receive your final set of vouchers.
