Where do I find Travel advice for the country I am travelling to?

Each country has its own entry regulations, and because restrictions and guidelines change on a daily basis, we recommend that you check the GOV.UK website before travelling to ensure that you are aware of the most recent travel advice, including Coronavirus travel guidance, details of any Covid testing and/or documentation required, security and local laws, passport and visa information

What happens if the country's status changes while I'm away?

If you are overseas when a change is scheduled, there is a possibility that the status of the place you are in will change. While this is not ideal, it is beyond our control. If you must return home earlier than intended, please call our Customer Support team, and we will fully support you in conjunction with your travel insurance provider.

Can I change my upcoming booking?

If you need to change your upcoming travel plans, please email us csm@planmytour.co.uk with the details of your booking and we will get back to you. Please keep in mind that we will contact customers in the order of their departure dates, beginning with those who are travelling the soonest. If your future travel plans are unaffected by the pandemic and you wish to make adjustments to your holiday, you must follow the regular terms and conditions of your booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

Although we understand you may be hesitant to travel, if you have not been told of any changes or disruptions to your holiday, we highly advise you not to cancel your booking at this time as you may be subject to cancellation charges as per our regular terms and conditions. If you still want to cancel your booking, please send us an email. csm@planmytour.co.uk

We understand if you no longer want to travel, and we are here to assist and support you. If you want to change the date of your booking, please email us and one of our team members will contact you.

What happens if my holiday becomes affected?

If your booking is disrupted, we will contact you 7-10 days before your departure date to discuss your options. If you need to change your travel dates or destination, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that some suppliers may impose limits or charge amendment costs.
