1. Make sure you have adequate travel insurance for your trip, and it's best if you have it in place from the start. You should also make certain that the degree of coverage suits your requirements. 2. Check that your passport has enough time before it expires. Your passport must be in good condition and signed, and it must be valid for at least three to six months beyond your trip. 3. Check the vaccination rules before you travel to check if they are part of any entrance criteria, whether all vaccines are accepted, and how many doses you'll need. 4. Determine whether you need to test for Covid-19 before entering your trip destination. For the most up-to-date admission criteria, please visit the relevant FCO (Foreign and Commonwealth Office) website. 5. Please review all your documents to ensure you have all you need. Know when to check in for your flight and have all your hotel and transfer/car rental vouchers available. 6. Allow yourself ample time to arrive at your departure airport. Because of the additional inspections, security may be overloaded.
We provide airport parking at several locations in the United Kingdom. Depending on your departure airport, you will have the choice to reserve On Airport Parking, Off Airport Parking, or Meet & Greet service. When you receive your booking confirmation email, you will be given detailed information on where to drop off your car, as well as a phone number to call if you need to speak with the service provider prior to your arrival.
It's recommended to bring your full booking confirmation with you on holiday, so you have all the necessary documentation and information. This is connected to the booking confirmation email that you will receive after making the reservation. Printed boarding cards will no longer be permitted at airports due to new health and safety regulations. Please make sure you can show boarding passes for your entire group on a smart device.
If you have booked a package holiday you will not have separate vouchers, only one document including all the details. For the bookings made with different suppliers, your accommodation voucher will be emailed to you with your booking confirmation at the time of booking.
Please keep in mind that all passengers travelling to Spain must fill out a passenger locator and a health declaration form. When you arrive, you must bring the completed form with you. The form is available for download and printing here Passengers will also need to download the Spain Health Travel app, provide their personal information, and display a QR code to enter the nation beginning August 1, 2020. Search 'SPTH' in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to get the app.
If you have booked car parking, please ensure you show your car parking voucher as you might be asked to pay again on your departure. You should receive this voucher with all your other documentation, and it is your responsibility to check you have this before your departure. Your car parking arrangements can be either at the airport or off airport premises, this will depend on your requests at the time of booking.
